📜 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LunarAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use LunarAI. LunarAI is operated by Lunar Edge LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

🌌 Description of Service

LunarAI is an AI chat platform providing access to multiple frontier AI models:

• Google Gemini Flash (Google)
• GPT-OSS 120B (via Groq)
• NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra (NVIDIA, via OpenRouter)
• Grok 4.3 (xAI)
• DeepSeek V4 Flash (DeepSeek — Chinese jurisdiction)
• Claude Sonnet 5 (Anthropic) — Pro plan only
• Image Gen via FLUX (Pollinations)

The service allows users to have conversations with AI models, organize chats into projects, compare models side by side, and customize their workspace.

👤 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LunarAI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

🚫 Acceptable Use

You agree to use LunarAI responsibly and lawfully. You will NOT use LunarAI to:

• Generate, store, or distribute illegal content
• Generate any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Generate spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

⚠️ AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: AI language models can make mistakes, provide inaccurate information, or generate inappropriate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy: AI responses may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinated facts. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
• Not Professional Advice: LunarAI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI responses for decisions affecting your health, legal rights, finances, or safety.
• No Warranty: We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use and act upon AI-generated content.

🌐 Third-Party AI Providers

LunarAI routes your messages to third-party AI providers including Google, Anthropic, Groq, xAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter (NVIDIA), and Pollinations. These providers:

• Operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies
• May log or process your prompts according to their own policies
• Are not under our control or liability

Chinese Jurisdiction Notice: DeepSeek is governed by People's Republic of China law, which has different data protection standards than US/EU jurisdictions. EU users should review DeepSeek's privacy policy carefully before using this model.

NVIDIA Notice: NVIDIA logs sessions when using Nemotron 3 Ultra for service improvement purposes. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data when using this model.

💳 Subscription & Billing

LunarAI offers a free plan and a Pro plan at $7/month. By subscribing to Pro:

• You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time from your profile page — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

⚖️ Fair Use Policy

LunarAI Pro is offered as an unlimited plan subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts exhibiting usage patterns that are unreasonable, automated, or inconsistent with normal individual use, including:

• Automated or scripted message generation at high volume
• Using the service to power third-party applications or APIs without authorization
• Generating thousands of messages per day inconsistent with personal use
• Any usage placing disproportionate load on our infrastructure or AI provider costs

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action on suspected fair use violations.

🔑 Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the messages and prompts you submit. By using the service, you grant us permission to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

AI Responses: AI-generated responses are generated by third-party models and subject to those providers' terms.

LunarAI Platform: The LunarAI platform — its code, design, and branding — is owned by Lunar Edge LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

🛡️ Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

🔒 Data & Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We do not sell your data
• Deleted conversations are permanently removed
• Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers
• We implement security measures including encryption at rest

🔧 Service Availability

LunarAI is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, experience downtime due to technical issues or third-party outages, or modify features without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

🚪 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, or discontinue the service entirely without liability. You may stop using LunarAI at any time.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LunarAI and Lunar Edge LLC are provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content or decisions you make based on AI responses
• We are not liable for third-party AI provider actions or failures
• Claim amounts not to exceed $10 USD

🤝 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunar Edge LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of LunarAI, violation of these Terms, violation of any laws or third-party rights, or content you submit.

📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

📝 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of LunarAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
